PPMO blacklists 11 companies

KATHMANDU, Feb 13: The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has started the process of blacklisting 11 more construction companies and suppliers.

KATHMANDU, Feb 13: The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has started the process of blacklisting 11 more construction companies and suppliers.



Following recommendations from local authorities in various districts, the PPMO is moving forward with actions to blacklist these entities for failing to complete work in a timely manner after securing contracts and for non-supply of required materials.

Similarly, the office has issued notices to the implicated companies, requesting them to provide a written explanation within 30 days from the notice publish date, should there be any justification for them not to be blacklisted.
