KATHMANDU, Nov 3: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has released an anthology titled ‘Songs of swallows’ by Shanker Prasad Koirala at Nepal Art Council, Babar Mahal on Friday.

Koirala has already written a number of books on various issues to his credit. He has also tried his hand at composing lyrics. President Bhandari also inaugurated artist Aruna Hingmang’s fourth solo art exhibition on the occasion. Hingmang’s paintings have been kept at Nepal Art Council for exhibition.
