CHITWAN, March 30: President Ram Chandra Paudel has arrived in Chitwan to inaugurate a motorable bridge constructed to connect Devghat rural municipality-5 of Tanahu to Bharatpur Metropolis-1.

CHITWAN, March 30: President Ram Chandra Paudel has arrived in Chitwan to inaugurate a motorable bridge constructed to connect Devghat rural municipality-5 of Tanahu to Bharatpur Metropolis-1.

Chairman of Bridge Construction Consumers' Committee, Tankanath Paudel, informed that President Paudel will also lay a foundation stone of a building to be constructed for senior citizens at Devghat, Tanahu.


Construction of the motorable bridge had begun nine years back. The bridge  was constructed at the cost of Rs 216 million, according to Ramesh Prasad Paudel, chief of Road Division Office, Bharatpur.
