KATHMANDU, Dec 27: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has called the new session of the National Assembly (NA) from January 1.
The President summoned the House session at 4:00 PM on January 1 at the Federal Parliament Building, in New Baneshwor.

Issuing a press statement on Sunday, assistant spokesperson for the Office of the President, Keshav Prasad Ghimire stated that the President summoned the session of the Upper House in line with the Article 93 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
