KATHMANDU, Oct 15: Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Oli has shown commitment to rid the country's economic and industrial sectors of any problem, according to the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI). A delegation led by CNI President Satish Kumar More met with the Prime Minister on Sunday at the latter's residence in Baluwatar.
Issuing a press statement on Monday, the CNI said that the delegation drew PM Oli's attention toward the problems of the economic and industrial sectors. The Prime Minister was serious about resolving the problems present in the economic and industrial sectors, CNI added.

"Mentioning Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Nepal, he said that there was increased scope of economic and infrastructural development in the country. He also asked the private sector to be ready to utilize it,” the statement quoted PM Oli as saying.
CNI President More drew the Prime Minister's attention on the hesitation of new investors to invest in the country as entrepreneurs are always under pressure due to new rules and regulations that came into effect all at once.
He requested PM Oli to form a high-level committee including Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Nepal Rastra Bank, and other related stakeholders, headed by the Prime Minister himself, to help boost the country's economy.
