DHANGADI, March 29: The meeting today of the Province No. 7 cabinet endorsed a proposal to formulate a bill relation to the function, duties, and rights, and terms and conditions of service of the chief attorney of the Province.

The cabinet that met at the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers here also endorsed a concept paper on the bill as well as agreed in principle to formulate a public procurement bill, according to the government spokesperson and minister for internal affairs and law Prakash Bahadur Shaha.
Matters relating to the introduction of a short-term budget (for the remaining period of the current fiscal year) were also discussed. The government is preparing to table the short-term budget within a week. (RSS)
