KATHMANDU, Nov 8: Popular Nepali rapper Ashish Rana 'Laure' has asked for votes on behalf of Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Bindu Kumar Thapa, a candidate for member of the Gandaki provincial assembly. Laure posted a video message on his official Facebook page on Monday soliciting votes for Thapa.
"The election to be held on November 20 is important. This day is the day to pick and choose a good person. Our country will be secured only if we can choose good persons. Talking about an able person, my favorite is Bindu Kumar Thapa from Gandaki Province who I think everyone should learn from his good work and example,” Laure said in the video message.

He added, “He has a new agenda to make society free from deep-rooted corruption and advance the youth power in social development. The agenda is very good. So this time I am giving my vote to Bindu Kumar Thapa.”
