March 3: Luka Modric and Toni Kroos are said to be in a race to be fit for Real Madrid’s Champions League trip to Paris Saint-Germain.



Real won the first leg at the Santiago Bernabeu 3-1 after PSG took an early lead, leaving a two-goal deficit which they will attempt to make a dent into live on BT Sport 2 Tuesday, kick-off 7.45pm.

With world-record signing Neymar out of the clash after undergoing surgery on a fractured metatarsal, Real were hopeful of progressing to the quarter-finals. However, they have doubts about the midfield pair.


PSG are also monitoring Kylian Mbappe and Marquinhos, who are both struggling.


Real Madrid host PSG in the Champions League Round of 16 second leg at the Bernabeu on Tuesday, 8 March, live on BT Sport 2 on the eir Sport pack [kick off 7.45pm].
