KATHMANDU, July 26: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has registered a proposal of urgent public importance in parliament in light of the recent case of gold smuggling.
The lawmakers of the RSP submitted a proposal of public importance to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Devraj Ghimire, on Wednesday.
