KATHMANDU, Nov 28: Sajha Yatayat, a cooperative public transport company, has launched 30 disabled-friendly buses from Sunday. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal inaugurated the service at Sajha’s office at Pulchock, Lalitpur.

According to the company, it will also run its existing 8 buses in the same four routes.

The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) had invested Rs 100 million last year as share in Sajha. Those buses were purchased with the KMC’s amount a few months ago. All the 30 buses are disable-friendly, according to officials at Sajha.
