Everybody likes a sweet treat. But, in Nepal, we have always had limited options. If it’s not ice cream, then it’s usually a toss between imported chocolates or cake. It needn’t be so anymore because some young Nepalis have taken it upon themselves to revamp the dessert scene.

It needn’t be so anymore because some young Nepalis have taken it upon themselves to revamp the dessert scene. Now, you can have freshly made chocolates, take your pick from an array of gourmet popsicles, or even sip on some milkshake. The Week caught up with the brains behind three business ventures that are slowly changing our definition of ‘something sweet’.
