Speaker summons HoR Business Advisory Committee meeting to table MCC agreement

KATHMANDU, Feb 16: Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has called a Business Advisory Committee meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) at 11:30 AM, the Federal Parliament Secretariat said.

KATHMANDU, Feb 16: Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has called a Business Advisory Committee meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) at 11:30 AM, the Federal Parliament Secretariat said.   



Although the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) wants to table the MCC agreement in parliament, the issue has not been enlisted in the list of federal parliament's possible businesses for today’s meeting.

The meeting is expected to finalize the agenda of tabling MCC agreement in the parliament meeting.


During today’s parliament meeting, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is scheduled to submit the third annual report of (FY 2020/21) Tharu Commission.
