KATHMANDU, Jan 22: Minister of State for Education Shesh Nath Adhikari has urged the book entrepreneurs to be decent and professional. 



Speaking in a programme organized on the occasion of 5th national book day, Monday by Federation of Nepal Books and Stationery Business, Kathmandu chapter in the capital, State Minister Adhikari opined for promoting book reading culture in the country. 



Speaking in the same programme, CPN (UML) central member Thakur Gaire and Nepali Congress central member Gururaj Ghimire also focused on developing book reading culture. 



Likewise, CPN (Maoist Center) leader Himal Sharma stressed on establishing libraries in all local levels. 

Educationist Dr Bidya Nath Koirala said that there was problem in marketing the read-worthy books. 



The federation chair Hari Aryal urged the government to formally recognize the national book day.(RSS)
