Taekwondo master Chhetri felicitated in Seoul

KATHMANDU, April 19: Patron of National Taekwondo Association-Nepal has been felicitated by    World Taekwondo Headquarter Kukkiwon –Korea in Seoul recently.

KATHMANDU, April 19: Patron of National Taekwondo Association-Nepal, Raju Chhetri has been felicitated by World Taekwondo Headquarter Kukkiwon –Korea in Seoul recently. Chhetri was feted for his contribution in promoting the sports in Nepal.

According to the organizer World Taekwondo Headquarter Kukkiwon, Chhetri has been granted 6th Dan Black Belt, which is considered to be one of the high-ranked titles for a sports person. Similarly, Chhetri is the International Master of Taekwondo. This is the third time Chhetri has been felicitated with the award by the organization.


Likewise, the headquarter has felicitated Nepali ambassador to South Korea Arjun Jung Bahadur Singh during the ceremony. The program was organized with the support of National Taekwondo Association-Nepal.
