DHANKUTA, Nov 23: Three members of the same family were found dead in Dhankuta. Chief Dhankuta District Officer Punya Bikram Paudel told Republica that three members of the same family were found dead in Dhankuta Municipality-1, Nigol.
According to him, two people were found dead on the ground while another one was found hanging. Chief District Officer Paudel said that 35-year-old Tikaram Gurung, his wife Bhima Gurung and their 11-year-old son Ayush were found dead.

He also said that as soon as the police got information about the incident, they reached the spot and started investigation. He said, "A team including the SP has reached the spot and the investigation has started." The bodies have been sent to the hospital for post-mortem and the report is yet to come.
Chief District Officer Paudel said that it will be easy to understand the cause of death only after the post-mortem report.
