Three Nations Cup: Nepal and Kyrgyzstan locking their horns

KATHMANDU, March 25: Host Nepal is taking on Kyrgyzstan in the second match of the ongoing Three Nations Cup 2021 to be held at Dashrath Stadium in Kathmandu on Thursday.

KATHMANDU, March 25: Host Nepal is taking on Kyrgyzstan in the second match of the ongoing Three Nations Cup 2021 to be held at Dashrath Stadium in Kathmandu on Thursday.



Nepali men's national team Head Coach Bal Gopal Maharjan announced a 23-member squad under the captainship of Kiran Kumar Limbu to play against the Kyrgyz team which suffered a 0-1 loss against Bangladesh in the opening match of the tournament on Tuesday. Coach Maharjan has axed 10 players from those currently training in the national camp.


The match will kick off at 5:30 PM later today.

Goalkeepers: Kiran Kumar Limbu (Captain), Bikesh Kuthu, Deep Karki


Defenders: Ranjit Dhimal, Nishan Khadka, Rohit Chand, Ananta Tamang, Dinesh Rajbanshi, Ajit Bhandari, Biraj Maharjan, Tshring Gurung


Midfielders: Tridev Gurung, Sujal Shrestha, Tej Tamang, Arik Bista, Sanjog Rai, Bishal Rai, Sunil Bal, Rabi Shankar Paswan


Forwards: Anjan Bista, Darshan Gurung, Abhishek Rijal, Bharat Khawas
