Three proposed for NAMS vice-chancellor post

KATHMANDU, Sept 18 : Three people have been recommended for appointment to the post of vice chancellor of National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS).

KATHMANDU, Sept 18 : Three people have been recommended for appointment to the post of vice chancellor of National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS). 



As stated by the selection committee member and acting secretary at the Ministry of Health and Population, Sushilnath Pyakurel, Dr DN Shah, Dr Dhundi Poudel and Dr Ajit Rayamajhi have been nominated for the post and one, among the three, will be picked for the VC post .

The recommendations were made by NAMS pro-chancellor and Minister for Health and Population, Upendra Yadav. NAMS Chancellor and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will choose one among them for the appointment on the post. They were picked among 16 doctors on the basis of work efficiency.
