CHITWAN, April 14: The vehicular movement along the Narayangadh-Muglin road section resumed from 12:30 pm after the dry landslide debris was removed from the Charkilo along the road section.

The 36-kilometre road section, one of the busiest ones in the country, was disrupted since 9 am today following a dry landslide at Charkilo. It was the third landslide in three consecutive days.

According to Narayangadh-Muglin Road Project Engineer Shiva Khanal, the debris was cleared off the road and the vehicular movement was also brought back to normalcy.

The road section, where more than 9,000 vehicles pass through in a day on average, is currently undergoing expansion for which traffic is halted from 10 am to 4 pm every day. RSS
