Tribhuvan Army Club and APF in final of PM Men's Cricket Tournament

KATHMANDU, Jan 29: Tribhuvan Army Club of Nepali Army and Armed Police Force Club are competing in the final of the fourth edition of the Prime Minister Cup One Day Men's Cricket Tournament.



The match will be played at the Kirtipur-based Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground on Saturday.

Army into MM Cup final


Army Club entered the final after beating Bagmati Province by 94 runs in a match at the cricket ground on Thursday. Invited to bat first after losing the toss, Army Club made 229 runs in the allotted 50 overs, losing nine wickets. 


In the chase of the 230-run target, Bagmati Province was restricted to only 135 runs in 40.2 overs at the loss of all wickets.


The winner will get Rs 1 million and the first-runner up Rs 500 thousand.
