KHOTANG, March 15: Two people have died after falling off trees in two separate incidents in Khotang.
Urmila Thapa, 42, of Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality-3, Bamrang and Ram Bahadur Khadka, 67, of Sakela Rural Municipality fell off the trees on Sunday while cutting fodder for livestock.

Thapa, who sustained severe injuries after falling off the tree, breathed her last at Khotang District Hospital Sunday evening, according to Khotang Police.
Similarly, Khdka died on the spot after the accident, according to ward chairman Krishna Prasad Bhattarai.
