DHORPATAN, Jan 13: Two persons died while nine others got injured in a jeep accident that occurred at Dhorpatan municipality-5 of Baglung district today.
Those killed in the incident were jeep driver Tilak Gharti Magar, 30, from Dhorpatan municipality-4, Baglung, and Sangita Adhikari, 28, from Chandragiri municipality-11, Kathmandu.

Both of them died on the spot, according to the Area Police Office, Burtibang. The jeep was heading to Dhorpatan Valley from Burtibang.
Police said that the accident occurred due to brake failure. Nine passengers injured in the accident were rescued by the security personnel.
They are receiving treatment at Primary Health Centre, Burtibang.
