BANKE, Aug 27: Two persons died after being drowned in two separate rivulets.
Chief of District Police Banke, DSP Santosh Singh Rathor informed that Kiran Barma, 21, of Janaki Rural Municipality-4, Gijara died after he drowned in the Belahaniya rivulet.
Barma went missing on Saturday afternoon while swimming in the rivulet with friends. A police team took out the body of Burma.

Likewise, Suresh Sarki, 17, of Kohalpur municipality-1, Kaushila town drowned to death while swimming in a lake.
Sarki died after being drowned while taking dip in the Mahendra Lake in Baijanath Rural Municipality-3, LB Chowk, Rathor informed.
Besides Sarki, two others who were swimming together went missing in the lake, police said.
