Ram Bahadur Adhikari, a local resident, said that the disruption of the road following incessant rainfall on July 1 has directly affected the residents of Peepalthok, Goldhunga, Maiwal, Kokhe, Garabhanjyang, Nawarung, Mildanda and Dandathok.

"Traffic disruption has caused problems supplying food. It is very difficult to take patients in need of emergency care to hospitals", he said, criticising indifference shown by stakeholders concerned towards resuming vehicular movement on the road.
