KATHMANDU, Mar 16: A Nepali cricket team having Rohit Kumar Poudel as its captain has been announced for the ICC U-19 World Cup Asia qualifier.
The 18-member team was announced with the captainship was announced today, said coach Binod Das.

For the preparation of the World Cup qualifier, Nepali team will first go to India for the practice match and then the team would have 14 members, he added. The 18 players were selected out of 52 players. The Asian qualifier is scheduled for coming April 10 to 20.
The team left for India for the practice match today itself.
