KATHMANDU, July 13: Chairman of CPN-UML KP Sharma Oli will be appointed as Prime Minister on Sunday morning. President Ram Chandra Paudel will officially appoint Oli as Prime Minister on Sunday morning.
According to the Secretariat of the President, Oli's swearing-in ceremony will take place in the afternoon. He will assume office after taking the oath of office and secrecy.

Oli submitted his claim for the post of Prime Minister on Friday evening. On Friday evening, UML Chairman Oli along with NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba reached Sheetal Niwas to submit the claim.
Oli submitted the claim with the signatures of 166 MPs of UML and NC.
