Vice President Pun's nasal, throat swab samples collected for COVID-19 testing

KATHMANDU, May 13: Authorities collected the nasal and throat swab samples  of Vice-President Nanda Bahadur Pun and sent them for COVID-19 testing on Tuesday, the vice president's secretariat said.

KATHMANDU, May 13: Authorities collected the nasal and throat swab samples  of Vice-President Nanda Bahadur Pun and sent them for COVID-19 testing on Tuesday, the vice president's secretariat said.



Officials from the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) collected the nasal and throat swab samples in coordination with the Federal Parliament Secretariat as the vice president is scheduled to attend the ongoing budget session of the bicameral parliament.

The government is presenting its annual programs and policies for the upcoming fiscal year on May 15. "The collected nasal and throat swab samples has been sent to the NPHL, Teku," Manoj Ghartimagar, the vice president's press advisor, said.
