According to a source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Qatari government has sent a letter on April 7 to the government assuring that the visa center to be established in Nepal would relieve the employee from all the expenses.

According to the letter received by the MoFA, it has been mentioned that, "Charge will be borne by the employer and the worker will not have to pay any amount as fees to the center." However, the establishment of the visa center is being delayed due to the objection by the labor ministry due to the issue of the expenses.
