He has written, “The decision made by the honorable Supreme Court on May 16, 2023 may not be fair to me, but there is no option but to accept it.”

Chaudhary said that the apex court should always be respected. He has also requested not to post the verdict of the Tikapur incident randomly on social media. He also said that he is still waiting for justice.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the High Court convicting Chaudhary in the massacre.

Chaudhary was the main accused in the incident that took place in Tikapur of Kailali on August 24, 2015, in which seven policemen and one minor were killed, including Senior Superintendent of Police Laxman Neupane.
