We are searching alternatives to protect alliance, resolve national problem: Chair Dahal

KATHMANDU, Feb 26: Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Center), Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that they have been focusing their attention to find a solution to the national problem without breaking the ruling coalition.

KATHMANDU, Feb 26: Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that they have been focusing their attention to find a solution to the national problem without breaking the ruling coalition.



At a program organized by Nepal Dalit Mukti Morcha on the occasion of Memorial Day of the first martyr of People's Revolution Dil Bahadur Ramtel, and Martyrs Week today, Chairman Dahal shared that they have been searching for alternatives to save the alliance and resolve the issue of Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) grant agreement. "We are working to save the ruling coalition formed in order to protect the constitution, nationalism and republicanism," he said.

Chairman Dahal clarified that the ruling alliance is constituted to safeguard the constitution, nationalism and republicanism. "We have been making efforts to ensure the rights of the people of the backward community and area by formulating a common minimum program through the alliance," he said.


Chairman Dahal stressed on the need to make a resolve to move ahead unitedly to save the achievements made through people’s movement and make further achievements for the cause of people and the country.
