There won’t be any security lapses on our part if the government comes up with a plan to keep these areas open at night. We can build a safe environment for the healthy entertainment of foreign tourists throughout night, Joshi told Republica Online.

Joshi said that he will exercise zero tolerance over the hooliganism in Capital, its impact, and financial and social crimes.

No stone will be left unturned to main law and order, Joshi said, vowing to fulfill his duties and responsibilities as Kathmandu Police Chief.
