KATHMANDU, Dec 18: The weather in most parts of the country will remain partly cloudy today. According to the Meteorology Forecasting Division (MFD) under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the weather is currently experiencing a partial influence of western winds in Nepal.
The MFD has stated that the weather is generally clear in the hilly areas of the country and partly cloudy in the rest of the country, with foggy conditions in a few places in the plains.
Light rainfall likely in parts of Nepal today
The weather is expected to be partly cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces this afternoon. The weather will be generally clear in the remaining regions. Tonight, the weather is likely to be partly cloudy to generally clear in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces.
The MFD has advised taking necessary precautions as the temperature is continuously decreasing. They have also mentioned that there is no possibility of snowfall and rain for the next two days.
