When a drunk man wrapped a snake around his neck ….

KATHMANDU, June 26: A person has died due to snake bite in Jhapa. Khagendra Rijal, Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office, said that the deceased was Shambhu Rajbanshi, 32, a resident of Parakhopi, Haldibari Rural Municipality-2.

KATHMANDU, June 26: A person has died due to snake bite in Jhapa. Khagendra Rijal, Deputy Superintendent of Police of the District Police Office, said that the deceased was Shambhu Rajbanshi, 32, a resident of Parakhopi, Haldibari Rural Municipality-2.



After seeing a snake at the door of his house on Sunday night, Rajbanshi caught the snake and wrapped it around his neck and it is said that he was bitten by the same snake.

While drunk, he caught a snake and wrapped it around his neck. The snake then bit him on both hands. The police said that he died on the way to the snake bite treatment center at Chaarali in the night.
