Women Leadership Conference to be held

KATHMANDU, Oct 21: A two-day Women Leadership Conference (WLC) is being organized by Blinc Ventures with the vision of providing practical tools to promote more equitable representation of women leaders at all career levels. The conference is scheduled to be held on 20th and 21st November, 2021.

KATHMANDU, Oct 21: A two-day Women Leadership Conference (WLC) is being organized by Blinc Ventures with the vision of providing practical tools to promote more equitable representation of women leaders at all career levels. The conference is scheduled to be held on 20th and 21st November, 2021.



According to a statement issued by Blinc Ventures, the conference is designed for professional women to identify and overcome social and personal biases to achieve their highest potential and companies to learn and share ways to retain and nurture women employees.

The conference aims to bring together 500 women leaders, entrepreneurs and CEOs from different industries along with 100 mentor-mentee pairs through the pre- and post-conference activities. This program is supported by Kaabaadii.com as promotional partner and Dish Home as television partner.


“The first segment of the conference will feature keynote speeches by two renowned personalities speaking on the least talked agenda - Navigating Gender bias and Work-Life Balance: Myth or Reality, followed by a panel discussion featuring an exciting group of inspirational  and successful women,” according to the statement.
