RAUTAHAT, Feb 18: Police have arrested a youth with 600 tablets of nitravet from a market boarding India.



A squad of Armed Police Force (APF) arrested Raj Kishor Sah, 20, of Garuda Municipality-1 while he was transporting controlled narcotics drug into Nepal from India.

Acting on a tip-off that Shah was ferrying the controlled drugs from Bairganiya Bazaar of India to Nepal, the APF arrested him on Saturday afternoon, Police Inspector Amar Lama told Republica Online.


APF also seized a mobile set, two sets of SIM cards, and Rs 700,000 cash along with the controlled drug while frisking Sah’s body.


Sah has been handed over to the District Police Office, Gaur after arrest for investigation, said Lama.
