ILAM, April 15: A youth was killed when lightning struck him at Deumai Municipality-2 in the district today.

Sanjib Rai, 23, was sitting on the verandah of his house when the thunderbolt struck, leaving him critically injured. He breathed his last on the way while being rushed to the Ilam Hospital, according to police. RSS
