Youth, who threatened RSP Vice President Aryal, arrested

KATHMANDU, July 17: The police have arrested one person for threatening the vice-president of Rastriya Swatantra Party, Dol Prasad Aryal.

KATHMANDU, July 17: The police have arrested one person for threatening the vice-president of Rastriya Swatantra Party, Dol Prasad Aryal.



In a press conference on Monday, SSP Dan Bahadur Karki, head of District Police Range Kathmandu, said that a person has been arrested for threatening Aryal through text messages.

He said that a person was arrested on July 5, the next day, after receiving a complaint that he had threatened him through a text message at 1:26 p.m. on July 4.


The arrested person is Bijay Kalikote, 38, who hails from Majuwagadhi Rupakot Municipality-9 in Khotang and lives in Budhanilkantha in Kathmandu.


SSP Karki said that further investigation is underway.
