KATHMANDU, April 17: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has instructed to carry out construction and maintenance work of public bodies only after 8 pm.
The metropolis issued a public notice on Monday and ordered the construction and maintenance of public and private infrastructure within the city to facilitate traffic on the roads and to complete the construction work only after 8 pm.

The metropolis has asked to make arrangements so that dust and pieces of construction material do not fall on the road during the construction of the building.
The metropolis has also warned that if the action mentioned in the notification is not done, a fine will be imposed according to the law.
