RAUTAHAT, May 25: One person died due to bullet injury in Gonahi Municipality-1 Karuniya of Rautahat.
The deceased has been identified as 70-year-old Sheikh Taiyab. His body was found on Thursday morning. He was shot in the head.
It is not clear who shot Taiyab. Taiyab's body was found near Aarohi Bal Academy near Karuniya.

SP Bir Bahadur Budhamagar informed Republica that an investigation into the murder is underway.
The motive behind the murder has not been revealed. The villagers looked terrified after the news of Taiyab's murder spread in the village.
Taiyab’s body has been taken to the Provincial Hospital Gaur for a post-mortem. His relatives have demanded that the incident be investigated.
One murder after another is happening in Rautahat. Last Saturday night, one person died due to stabbing in Siswa of Rautahat headquarters, Gaur Municipality-7.
