KATHMANDU (REPU-BLICA): Century Commercial Bank Ltd has acquired Sagarmatha Finance. Issuing a press statement on Saturday, the bank said the integrated operation has started on Saturday.

After the acquisition, the bank's issued capital is Rs 5.46 billion and the number of branches has reached 66, added the statement. The statement further added that the bank is preparing to acquire Alpine Development Bank and Seti Finance in the near future.
The integrated operation of the bank was inaugurated by Finance Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, said the statement.
