KALIKOT, Feb 23: At least one person was killed and one other was injured in a mini truck accident that occurred in Dhanda of Tilagufa Municipality-5 of Kalikot district.
According to the police, the driver of the ill-fated truck, Chhabi Prasad Chaulagai, 28, of Dailekh District Chamunda Bindrasain Municipality-7, died while undergoing treatment at the Institute of Health Sciences in Jumla, while his 18-year-old co-driver Dinesh Shahi of the same place is in critical condition.

The truck (Karnali Pradesh 02-001B 0356), which left Mugu, fell 500 meters off the Karnali road.
Subharaj Bam, information officer of the District Police Office, Kalikot, said that there were only gas cylinders in the truck.
