EC invites applications from national organizations interested to monitor upcoming  elections

KATHMANDU, August 24: The Election Commission (EC) has invited applications from national organizations interested in supervising and monitoring the upcoming federal and provincial assembly elections. The EC had earlier invited international organizations for supervision.

KATHMANDU, August 24: The Election Commission (EC) has invited applications from national organizations interested in supervising and monitoring the upcoming federal and provincial assembly elections. The EC had earlier invited international organizations for supervision.



In a notice issued on Wednesday, the EC has invited all interested national organizations to apply through the information system within 15 days.

A total of 84 new and old parties have applied for registration at the EC to contest the elections to be held on November 20.
