KATHMANDU, Mar 9: A friendly football match between Nepal and Malaysia scheduled for March 26 has been postponed.

The match had to be put off as the world football governing body, FIFA, did not give permission for the same, the Malaysia Football Association stated in its letter to All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).

ANFA, however, stated in a press release that although Nepal's friendly match with Malaysia has been canceled, another friendly match with Kuwait will take place on the scheduled date of March 21.
