Gold price drops by Rs 100

KATHMANDU, Nov 25: The price of gold in the Nepali market dropped by Rs 100 per tola on Thursday. Now, the price of the yellow metal in the domestic market has been fixed at Rs 91,700 per tola.

KATHMANDU, Nov 25: The price of gold in the Nepali market dropped by Rs 100 per tola on Thursday. Now, the price of the yellow metal in the domestic market has been fixed at Rs 91,700 per tola.



Gold was traded at Rs 91,800 per tola on Wednesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, Sunday's price of standard gold is Rs 91,200 per tola, which was Rs 91,300 per tola on Wednesday.

According to the Federation, silver price has increased by Rs 5 per tola to Rs 1,230 per tola. The federation has been fixing the price of gold and silver in Nepal in line with the transaction price in the international market.


Similarly, gold is being traded at around USD 1,792 per ounce in the international markets today.
