KHOTANG, July 13: A husband attacked his wife with a sharp weapon in the district.
Thirty-five-year-old Nirmala Rai of Jantedhunga Rural Municipality sustained critical injuries after her husbad brutally attacked her with a sharp knife.
Accordig to DSP Nabin Kishor Pradhan of District Police Office, Khotang Nirmala received injuries to her back head, thumb and fingers of the left hand.

The victim is receiving treatmement at the Primary Health Center.
According to Khadga Bahadur Khatriof Likuwapokhari, her condition is weak.
Nirmala had gone to her mother’s house on June 27.
Her husband Kedar Rai went and attacked her while she was in her mother’s house.
Police said they are investigating the case after taking the assailant under control.
