BAJURA, June 6: A person has died in a quarantine facility set up at Khaptad Chededaha Rural municipality-7.

The 65-year-old person staying at the quarantine facility had returned from India two weeks back. Ward chairperson Khagendra Rawat informed RSS that the elderly person died at the quarantine facility of Masta Basic School, Budhabada. It has been learnt that the person had been living in India for 25 years and was suffering from asthma.
His swab sample was collected and will be sent to a laboratory in Dhangadhi for testing. Chief District Officer Krishna Gaire said that after the swab is sent to the laboratory, the dead body will be handed to his family.
