Rawal said that obstructing parliament was an irresponsible act. He said that there is a deliberate conspiracy to weaken the country by stranding the country's executive, legislature and judiciary system.

“Nepali people have elected their representatives so that they can discuss important issues related to independence, freedom and livelihoods of the people in parliament. However, obstructing parliament time and again is an irresponsible act to do. A game has been played by neglecting the country’s executive, legislature and judiciary system which I believe is a conspiracy to weaken the country,” Rawal said.
