URLABARI (Morang), Oct 8: Two persons were killed and 24 others were injured in a passenger-bus and lorry bus collision at Tankisinwari-5 in Morang along the Koshi Highway von Friday night.
The deceased have been identified as Devika Karki, 56, of Chakraghatti-4 in Sunsari district and Abhisekh Jha of Duhabi-9 in the district.

Critically injured in the incident, Karki and Jha were rushed to Dharan-based BPKIHS where they breathed their last during the treatment, according to the District Police Office, Morang.
Rests of the injured passengers are receiving treatment from various local hospitals in Biratnagar.
The incident occurred when passenger-bus (Na 2 Kha 6080) coming from Biratnagar to Itahari collided with a lorry bus with Indian registration number plate MLO LD 9631 that was parked at Tankisinwari, police said.
The drivers of the bus and lorry have been taken under for further investigation. RSS
