Yarsa pickers death toll in Dolpa rises to eight

DOLPA, June 6: Eight people who had gone to various highlands of Dolpa to collect Yarsa have died due to extreme cold.

DOLPA, June 6: Eight people who had gone to various highlands of Dolpa to collect Yarsa have died due to extreme cold.



It hasn’t been a week that three more people lost their life due to the extreme cold. In total, eight people have died.

The deceased have been identified as Krishna Bahadur Shahi, 31 of Rukum West Aathbiskot rural municipality-09, Dhana Kala Budha, 40 of Dolpa Thulibheri municipality and Kanchhi BK, 40 of Kaike rural municipality.
