KATHMANDU, Oct 17: Attempts to serve the Supreme Court (SC)’s notice on Chief Commissioner at the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), Lokman Singh Karki have faced hurdles yet again.

Two employees of the apex court, who had reached Karki’s residence in Baneshwor Height, were obstructed a group of youths from pasting the notice at the house. They obstructed from serving the notice saying that they have rented the house for official purpose.
SC’s employees had informed the ward secretary, Sarita Rai. But, she didn’t show up in the last minutes.
