KATHMANDU, Oct 13: CPN-UML leader Bhim Rawal has said that KP Sharma Oli's first big mistake was the secret agreement of unity with CPN (Maoist Center) in 2018.

Addressing a press conference organized in the capital on Thursday after failing to get the party’s ticket to contest in the House of Representatives (HoR) election, Rawal alleged that Oli had made an arbitrary decision going beyond the rules, regulations and discipline of the party.
Rawal said that Oli took an unilateral decision without holding a meeting of the UML's Standing Committee when the party was united with CPN (Maoist Center).
